New to Dr. Varanelli and I am very happy with my decision to go here. Staff are very courteous and helpful. They were able to work me in at the last minute, given certain medical timing constraints, and kept me updated along the way in communications with my insurance and what I owed for my visit. Dr. Varanelli is also very knowledgeable, professional, and has good bedside manners. I genuinely like Dr. Varanelli as a dentist, but unfortunately the staff, processes, and billing practices leave a lot to be desired. They routinely charge in advance of procedures and do not issue refunds when they overcharge. Scheduling is also unreliable—despite receiving multiple appointment confirmations, my last three cleaning appointments were canceled the morning of. Additionally, I’ve been quoted one price for a procedure, only to be told right before the appointment that the cost would be two to five times higher. ... read more
