Dr Mongillo spent a lot of time listening, asking questions, answering questions and giving the patient needed info. He has an optimistic and very clear thinking approach to the Knowledge of Modern Medicine! A most competent doctor! Great bedside manner! You can’t go wrong getting his diagnosis or opinion! ! Wonderful Professional of High Integrity! He is easy to work with as your doctor! My Dad, Mom and I have known him as our family doctor for more than 20 years! Bravo Dr Mongillo!
Dr. Mongillo is a patient and competent physician. He needs to modernize his practice, add an email address for patient contact, address the lack of phone availability for his office, and join/use the Yale MyCharts portal.
His office staff never answers the phone and they take lunch from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM and then they resume not answering the phone.
He admitted me about 10 years ago and thank goodness He did. Things could have gone hill down quickly. I still tell Him that he saved my life
