He's defending the group of kids charged with killing the 32 year old man with a large rock they dropped off an overpass. The man, Mr. White was only 32, had a 5 year old son and was engaged. These kids lawyers have the audacity to imply that these are just kids who were recently thinking about homecoming...well these kids have made it impossible for the 5 year old child to have his father coming home. Disgrace. Lawyers will defend slime for the right dollars.

Being on the victim side of the people Frank Manley represents, you will feel torn up, manipulated, and like you have done something wrong against the perpetrator. He represents the sickest of the sick in my personal opinion. Doesn't care about the wellbeing of victims, only the value of a dollar. If you are a disgusting sicko who needs representation, this is your man! If you are a decent human being with integrity, run.
