The first time I met Dr. Hiti, he said he likes to get to know his new patients. Ok, great! But I was at a loss to describe myself because I wasn't expecting this. He then prompted me, "Are you married? Do you have kids?" I guarantee if I was a man my age, he would have asked me what I did for work. I said no, and stumbled through my current employment and how I was applying to an MA/PhD program. Honestly thought he was a really nice guy, but for my last appointment I showed up 5min early for & when I got there the office said he was out for the day & couldn’t get me in for another week. No call ahead to notify me he wasn’t in that day. But I did get both an email & text reminder AFTER my scheduled visit to confirm my appointment. Tried calling a few weeks later to get another visit & was told he’s booking at least 2 weeks out. So, it may not be him, but the office is not worth having as a primary care provider.
