Gave an exorbitant estimate stating tree roots were "strangalating my pipes". They wanted to put in a whole new sprinkler system. I found someone who came by, changed some valves, worked for three hours and my "old" sprinkler system is up and running. Cost me over ten times less than Graves' quote! Someone at Graves is looking to fleece unsuspecting homeowners.

Made an appointment and Frank & his associate showed up on time. Frank is humorous and his associate seems to be new, prob a trainee. Frank cleaned the backflow preventer which seemed to be the culprit of the low pressure in the irrigation system. However, my whole house was now left without water b/c Frank tinkered with water valve and apparently the valve had a gauge drop. He had to call back-up for the replacement valve. Waited for a long time but the person never showed up. Eventually he had to run to the plumbing store ... read more
