Great installation and service – I recently had a washer/dryer hooked up and gas line installed by Frank Gouveia Plumbing. Their service tech was on time, courteous and did the job right. What more can you ask for?
Friendly service to calm you through a disaster! – After two days living in our new house in Billerica, we had an old cast iron pipe crack creating a waterfall from my Kitchen sink to my basement. The plumber who came to fix the situation was great with putting out drop clothes and I was amazed at the minimal amount of ceiling he had to take down to get the old pipe out, which ran the length of my house from front to back. Great service – I first used Frank Gouveia plumbing to repair a rusted out baseboard heater. They came the next day to replace it and even gave us a 30 minute heads up phone-call so I didn't have to wait around at home all day. Then a couple months ago my old water heater started leaking and 2 of their plumbers replaced it with a tank-less water heater. The new tank-less system looks and works great! I would definitely use this company again.
Abhorrent customer service – Immediately after having Frank Gouveia Plumbing replace my water heater, I started experiencing strange issues (air spurts, irregular temperature, knocking) that persist today (8 months later). At this point, my issue is no longer with the product (though, obviously I'll need the water heater replaced sooner than later) but with the way FG mishandled the situation. Excellent Plumbing Company! – I have been using this company for years for my plumbing and heating. They always do a great job, are very clean, and I can trust them to back up their work. I highly recommend this company as one that has been around a long time, and will give you the best service around!
Had a Bad experience with them – They worked less than an hour at my place and charged me 2.5 hours. Don't trust them. Find someone else. I called them for the first time as my regular guy was so busy and could not come. I will never call them again.
Reasonable quality and prices, worst customer service ever. – Service received: installation of a central forced AC/heating system. Positives: Price was good, accurate estimates, all work done in 1 day, quality is good. Negatives: Post-installation support is abhorrent. I've never seen people so uninterested in helping their customers after they got payed. Call in with a question? At best you get a big yawn...Leaving your number for a call back? Be prepared to drop dead before that happens....
