Frank General contractor replaced par of my roof, reframed it, and installed a window. We knew there were leaks as this is why the window needed replacement. Frank placed 2x4 over layers of rotted wood and covered the repair area with plastic so we could not see the entirety of the rot. We only uncovered how bad it was because we decided to RE-side our home 9 Months later. He is unethical and negligent.
