Great job professional, knowledable and fast.
The Frank Gay tech that came out the other day for a maintenance check-up tried to sell me a new disconnect for my condenser outside, for $700+ and a UV light in my air handler for $1200+. I checked with another local electrician who quoted $225 for the disconnect. I don't need the UV light, and it seemed overpriced also. All I'm saying is beware of the add-ons and the pricing.

I walked around with the plumber going over everything and kept getting ya no problem that's in the estimate, then they finished and went to leave and I asked what about the stuff we talked about oh now that's not included that's extra they left and wound not return until I pay them after complaining to managers I got not where and feel like the walk though meant nothing and they did what they wanting .
