My furnace is 7 years old and my evaporator coil is still under warranty. They came a week ago after diagnosing I needed a new evaporator coil but suggested I buy a new unit for $14,000. I paid them half down for the unit and some other items they listed . Only one day after they supposedly fixed the unit, it stopped working. And they have not returned!
Joseph was great. Was pleasant and talked me through everything he completed.
