Fast response on Sunday, great service, reasonable fee
They've charged me well over a thousand dollars for an AC repair job that was meant to happen 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't happened. When I call for updates I just get "we're looking into it" "we'll let you know when theres an update". I've always had positive experiences with their techs but this experience has been absolutely insane. I haven't had a working AC for weeks now in the middle of the Florida summer and the people I'm paying to fix it aren't actually helping me or giving me a straight answer on when its going... read more
