Really sorry to report that I am sitting in the heat only two weeks after a new AC system was installed. So disappointed. 7/15/2023 So happy to report that Brook saw that, the thermostat installed with my new AC system, did not suit my purposes. Instead he installed a much simpler thermostat to use and more suited to my needs. So happy that he listened to me. No one likes to complain, at least I don't. We all work hard.

Will continue to use Frank Gay. Ignore the whiners that they had to pay more because Frank Gay said this or that. WELL, maybe if those people hadn't waited until things got WORSE to call someone they wouldn't have had to pay more than they planned on. We called Frank Gay for our AC, and then got the electrical side out to figure out what was wrong with our bathroom outlets. After Mister Sparky told us they wouldn't even attempt a service without charging nearly $400 to open up the box to "look at it". we were discouraged bec... read more
