I have never used Frank Gay before switching to them as a primary Electric, Hvac, and plumbing service. I contacted Frank Gay in regards to 3 toilets in my home that were running which was running up my water utility bill. They sent out a technician for a consultation and to assess the needs and requirements for the job. They gave me a reasonable quote which included a new toilet replacement and 2 toilet tank rebuilds. Service technician was on time and very polite, explained all that he did and completed the project promptly.
I just had an estimate for a 2100 square-foot home and was quoted $14,000. I used to contract them in the past when they were much more reasonable. I received three other quotes for the same home. All three quotes between $4000 and $5000

We have had great service from this company. Yes they may be more expensive ,but we tried to go the cheep route and we could have paid for our new system and had money left over, if we had used them to start with. We use to keep our thermostat at 70 and we’re still hot. Now we have it at 78 and I freeze. We would definitely recommend Frank Gay Pluming.😀😀😀😀😀
