I highly recommend Frank, Frank & Scherr. They are truly experts in medical assistance, asset protection and estate planning. Attorney Stacie Simon Rogers is so knowledgeable in these areas. I find her to be very personable, thorough, responsive to my questions and concerns, and excellent in explaining the procedures and next steps involved in the legal process. If getting ignored, delayed and overcharged is your thing, go to them. Otherwise, I strongly suggest seeking legal counsel somewhere else. Very disappointed with their treatment of my family during a trying time. Almost 1.5 years to close out a simple estate that should’ve been closed in 8 months.
