Received a 2nd recall letter on my Bronco, called Fletcher Ford where I purchased my Bronco. I also had 4 recalls on my F250 , made 2 appointments one for each vehicle at the same time, it was 2 weeks out, which was perfect. Receptionist in the service department double checked each recall to make sure parts would be there. I called back 1 week prior to appointment to make sure everything was still on track. I have not had a good experience with this service center or dealership in general. We bought our Expedition Max at Wood Motors and it was a great experience.
These guys helped us out in a pinch when we had an engine issue while traveling through. Stopped what they were working on to check out our Maverick and got us fixed up well enough to get back on the road at no charge!! Thanks to Keith, Will, and Michael!
Very rude...glad I went somewhere else....Can't believe the new people working there and their rudeness... Notice you don't have 5 stars...Change your attitude....
Why can't my vehicle be serviced in Joplin. Other Ford centers will...so it's an owner policy not to just because of a 2012 year and no prior service with Joplin? So I have to travel farther, rediculous. I actually want my services through ford rather than going to alternative mechanic shops. What the heck?!
