My multiple experiences with the Frank Fletcher service center have been characterized by poor communication and a lack of my primary concern being addressed. I would not recommend taking a vehicle here if you care about your car or your time. Initially, I dropped my car off explaining my issue and was told the molding around my windshield couldn't be fixed because even though there's a recall for it, the part is not available yet and you will receive a call and notice when it is. Received a 2nd recall letter on my Bronco, called Fletcher Ford where I purchased my Bronco. I also had 4 recalls on my F250 , made 2 appointments one for each vehicle at the same time, it was 2 weeks out, which was perfect. Receptionist in the service department double checked each recall to make sure parts would be there. I called back 1 week prior to appointment to make sure everything was still on track. I have not had a good experience with this service center or dealership in general. We bought our Expedition Max at Wood Motors and it was a great experience.
