Oil change, tire rotate and balance lead to a squealing front end. Took it back to see if they had accidentally bent the brake backing plate on one of the wheels during an appointment for recalls the next week. Service advisor wasn’t apologetic or caring, but noted it on the sheet. After leaving, the front end still had the same noise issues, so I texted the cell phone on the card the advisor gave to confirm or find out any information on what they found, if they looked. Salesman Jim Rice was very thorough going over all the features, connectivity and settings of my new Lariat. Straight forward and no gimmicky bs! I highly recommend giving Frank Fletcher a visit even if a Ford isn't at the top of your list! Ask for Jim!
Highly disappointed in them. Bought a new (used) 2020 GMC terrain from them in February. It’s a nice car but the loan on it shot up way too high. I hate this car as well and since they won’t do refunds on the vechile I’m stuck with it. Originally price was $19,998. Loan amount is $28,102; nearly double it. Happily dissatisfied and will not ever do busy with them again
