I have total confidence in Dr. Falcon and his well experienced staff. And I highly recommend him for any procedures you may need. With over 30 years experience why would I have gone anywhere else. True proffesionals. 19 total extractions. And other previous extractions 9, I think. Including an impacted K9 in my jaw. 4 years ago. Now my jaw and gums are ready for my first set of dentures. This office is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got referred cause I needed to get a tooth removed. Took me weeks to actually get someone to answer the phone to schedule my 1st appointment. When I went in the girl didn’t even know how to check my weight so she called another girl over she didn’t know either ! Then falcon rudely came and helped them. I was referred to this oral surgeon by another dentist who wasn’t able to extract an infected tooth. I called and made an appointment which was to be last week to have the tooth removed. The office called about 2 weeks prior saying they had to cancel my appointment due to them somehow making too many appointments for that day. No apologies from their end. The staff and the doctor is very polite and tells you everything you need to know. I need surgery for 4 impacted wisdom teeth, and I’m a bit nervous because apparently it could be fatal. Other than that, they are definitely nice and I’m looking forward to see how the surgery goes. Update- I really recommend this place, they’re very professional and so sweet.
