We called into this establishment yesterday where my husband was seeking to purchase a new wrist-band for his Seiko watch, the original band of which had broken whilst we were on holiday. The man in the shop (the owner?) was exceedingly rude to both of us, even alluding to the fact that my husband's watch was a fake.
