I was unable to travel to my mother's funeral and was able to attend the live streaming event. They didn't use a wide angle and it was difficult to hear. Not only that, as soon as the chaplain finished speaking, the video went dark. It was very short (12min) and the angle was difficult to see anything. There was a gravesite service and that was not streamed. There was no mention that there was a streaming service available on her obituary and the amount we had to pay for this kind of service was unfortunate.
I cannot express the level of gratitude myself and our entire family have felt towards Frank Smith Funeral Home. In our family's darkest and most vulnerable time, the entire team at Frank Smith Funeral Home stepped in and displayed compassion, empathy, and integrity in all of our dealings with them. I wanted to take a couple minutes to express how grateful I am to Michelle and the rest of the team at Frank E Smith. After my grandma Twila passed away, everything was handled smoothly and beautifully. Details were explained clearly and everyone was compassionate and patient. People experiencing a loss tend to be forgetful, scatterbrained, and sometimes just don’t care about the details. Knowing this, Michelle did an outstanding job! The restoration team was amazing, as grandma looked beautiful. Thank you so much.
