Short version: Consistent unprofessionalism, as demonstrated by a total lack of follow-up and follow-through over a month-long experience entailing multiple phone calls and owner/employee interactions. We recently needed to get our driveway resealed and got quotes from a few different businesses in the area. In the end, we decided to go with Frank E. Clynes, Inc due to pricing and the fact that they have an A+ rating with the BBB and boy am I glad I did. The photos below show my (large) driveway about 5 minutes after the guys had left and it looked amazing! Our company, Liberty Properties, has attempted numerous times over the past few months to have our parking lot redone. We cannot get anyone to call us back. Yes, someone did come out 2 months ago to look at the job. But never called back with the quote. We have called and called and called. This is not a small job. Don't bother with this company. Terrible customer service.
