I gave one star only because I had to otherwise zero! Where do I begin…. I’m sure Dr Diaz gets by as a good Dr. however, my mom had a severe fall and needed a Referral. The referral Staff is incompetent. So is the manager Liz. After speaking with whoever was in charge of referrals and was not able to complete that task, Liz took over. Well, Liz finally sent the referral after six days only to address it to the WRONG facility AND the wrong location, twice. Dr. Diaz is very professional and caring. I appreciate his thoughtful care for my father. His office and staff were pleasant and professional as well.
