I saw Frank for about 3 years. When I came in, I had severe PTSD and a lot of shame. The work I did with Frank saved my life, as much as any mental health treatment literally could. He understands trauma and knows how to deliver trauma informed care to men. He understood what I was going through, and I found his bedside manner to be nearly perfect for me. Frank was an incredible help for me when I needed it most. He taught me to work on myself in a way that has improved things for me faster than I thought possible. I always felt accepted, but also challenged about how I could be better. He's excellent.

Dr Frank has worked with me for a little over two years and he has changed my life for the best. When I first started seeing Dr Frank it was right after Covid and I was having a really hard time driving and trusting myself while I was behind the wheel. I would go out of my way to take back roads to avoid major roads, highways and bridges. At one point I was having trouble driving down my own street - the panic was so bad.
