Administrator is a narcissist and extremely rude while appearing to be helpful. The classes for Exercise are great for seniors! However, be aware of the elastic band used in exercising, it does cause cancer, because of the chemicals involved in making the sticky plastic elastic band .There is an odor of oldness there that does not seem to go away.
