Frank Celigoj will bill you even though he has not provided any agreed upon services in Jupiter Medical Center. In my case, I only seen this doctor when he came to me and told me he was not taking my case....Billed $ 261.84 was insurance paid yet billed me to squeeze another $ 20.61 to add to a service that was never agreed upon, nor provided.
