I have gone to Frank for years until last year when they doubled the cost. Also I have been audited for 16,17 and 18 I had just gotten out of a tax hearing and come to find out there were several items that they claimed that I didn't mention and they were big items, like for one 3600$ for second phone for business for rental properties and 3000$ for malpractice layers for my job saying I have to pay that due to my job requirements anyone using or thinking of using this business they better think twice or they will be the nex... read more

Going every year since 1997
Apparently a poorly planned buyout has lead to many problems within the office. H&R block has taken over and has mishandled my taxes. I've called numerous times and left messages . No return calls. To date I have not received my federal tax return which was mailed to the WRONG address. I have many more bad things to say about the attitude and dealings with this office I just don't want to waste anymore time on them. Before H&R block was involved things ran smoothly. I will not be returning to this location and will tell ever... read more
