Frank is a great guy! Helped out the local fire academy by donating resources during the academy’s vehicle extraction days for teaching purposes. Thank you for supporting your local first responders!
Frank Buys Junk Cars was incredibly fast, courteous, and friendly. They called when an hour away and showed up when they said they would. Dillon was professional and added a fun spin-the-wheel game for a chance to win extra money which turned out well for me. I highly recommend them as they also offered more for our car than other businesses.
This is the second time we’ve sold our old not running vehicles to Frank Buys Junk Cars. Once again we were BLOWN AWAY with the customer service! From the first time we messaged Julie about the car…until the driver, Dillon (sorry if I spelled yalls names wrong) pulled out of our driveway today with it in tow. Dillon came and got my 2010 Kia soul , I didn’t think I’d get as much for it as I did and the worker was extremely friendly and helpful and had a great attitude, 10/10
Very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended as they offered more than the others.
