Service was good. My only issue is that I called two-weeks before taking my truck in to explain the items I needed to have worked on because I live 2.5 hours away. I informed the individual I spoke to on the phone that 3 of the items were recall items and I provided the detail for each. Unfortunately, I was told "after" my truck was worked on that the parking assist part needed to be ordered and I would have to go back. I came in to get an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 8am and dropped the car off on time. This was an oil change and tire rotation, which was provided by the dealer when we bought the vehicle. I waited for over 2 hours, and when I asked what the hold up was, I was told that oil changes were done in the order they received. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for an oil change (something done on their website) when appointments apparently don't matter?
