Poor communication! Took almost 2 months and 4 visits to finally replace the battery by an outside mechanic from Oklahoma. No loaner or rental car. Put over 400 miles on our vehicle and used our gas. So far no response from GMC for compensation. They partially reimbursed our rental car fee and promised us 40,000 GMC points. Now they are refusing to give us that. Not coming back or purchasing anything else GMC!
They explained everything. Came and informed me of a fix that needed to be completed. They did it all and I was only way. Great place and prices and people.
Had a good experience working with Honda service. Scheduled a time to bring in our vehicle and the problem was diagnosed and resolved before lunch.
