Frank turned up on time, was professional and friendly. there was good communication before and after the job, and he worked quickly and quietly without any fuss. Highly recommend Frank Britton Plumbing.
This isn't a review so much as something for potential customers to take into consideration. Frank's website states no call out fee and also free quotes which is great and very fair. However, Frank's minimum labour charge with GST and card surcharge is $294.74. Not an issue for a bigger job, but if your job is only small, or cannot be fixed, this might be considered an excessive charge.
I found myself needed a new Mixer/pulldown Tap fitted into the kitchen, just before it goes mad for the December holidays. A guy at boot camp suggested him. His initial advice on what I needed to buy first was excellent He showed up on time. He did the job really well, and he explained stuff to me. He didn't over charge. And he is nice guy to talk to. What more do you want from a plumber. I have his fridge magnet now for all my plumbing needs.
I have dealt with Frank Britton plumbing previously having taps and nozzles changed to more suitable modern fittings. An excellent job,no mess everything working better than it was. Very pleased with service , timing and information supplied freely. Last weekend water started dripping then pouring from our family room ceiling. Frank was out at my place checking out and repairing a burst pipe connection on the ceiling cavity. Problem solved ☺️ thankyou once again for your excellent service work and effort. Frank was excellent. He was able able to get out to us at short notice and fix our electric water heater with no fuss at all. I will sure to use his services again in the future.
