Homestead Bomni Cadillac stay away from this dealership!! Service and reps it’s a scam. I started coming here in February oil change! My car is in excellent condition never an issue!! Till I came here they do something to the cars to keep you coming back!!! Next my car dash lights up!! Apparently my battery needs replacement! No autoshop will assist a Cadillac so your forced to go dealership! I change battery. They tell me car needs transmission flush front brakes on 2%. I come back do that service. Do not take your vehicle to this dealership! They nickel and dime you! They don’t give you all information up front. I took my car for back windshield wipers. They told me we will order the part! After 4 hrs of waiting I see the mechanic through window infront of car. Rep tells me he taking steering wheel apart and later they take me home car was taking too long. Over the phone they tell now you have to replace the rusted bladed another 600 for the total cost. When they deceived me to think it was only 91.00 plus labor 250 !... read more

Miller Brothers Cadillac in Ellicott City, MD - probably one of the worst services I am receiving. When you enter, you don’t know what to do. Service person clearly lied to me that there is no warranty service Cadillac sells. When I showed him what I have from Fedility (bought through Cadillac when I bought the vehicle), he was like OK. My warranty says, I need to get the servicing done once every 10k miles for EV3. He is saying for every 7.5k miles, which was there for EV2. I left my vehicle for a service, for the day, never completed the service. When I received my vehicle back, I was missing a Lulu Lemon order, and a pair of Mau Jim sunglasses were missing from my console. They were rude and hung up on me when I called about the incident and the invoice for over $300 for an oil change. Stay out of this place, terrible service from sales through service.

I brought a Beautiful 2019 Escalade for Ciocca Cadillac in April and i love it! i unfortunately had to take it to have it serviced soon after for some issues with the radio. i admit that i was upset as i had big plans that upcoming weekend as it was my wife's birthday an i wanted to take her out in style!...lol I was met at the service desk by Steve and this guy really took care of me! I bought a 2019 Chevy suburban from Bayway Cadillac Woodlands on Feb 11, 2026 with a cashier's check on a local bank, which was $300 more than it's final amount due. After numerous calls, emails, messages, I have not received the refund, any call back from the finance director, pre-owned manager or any other person other than one nice receptionist that tried to get responsible parties to contact me. Appears they want to steal my $300 refund.

This is the one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my lifetime... I would not recommend this place to anyone and to think its from a Cadillac dealership.
