I have experienced people who don't know the answer to a question or the solution to a problem they will interrogate you with questions not related to your question or just hang up the phone.People we have to learn to face our own insecurities to better serve others for self improvement. No matter what Month, Day, or Time that I’ve called or visited the Frank Bailey location the people at the front desk are Short, Nasty and just Rude. Their attitudes are as if you’re bothering them. Just a note to the front desk staff, you went and applied for those positions, no one came to your house and forced you to work there. If you’re not happy in your position then find another job!
