We got the blinds from Shadeflex during August 2022. Their service is very bad. Delivery: The initial delivery date promised is not kept by this company. We have ordered the blinds during June 3 2022 and have been told the installation will be done in 3 weeks. But the installation was done around 3 months later on August 31 2022 with numerous follow-ups with Frank. I am writing this review to share my experience with Shadflex also doing business as Frank Bahar Shades and Drapes, a Maryland-based company that sells and installs blinds. I purchased blinds from them for my entire house in June 2022, but I have been experiencing significant frustration and inconvenience in dealing with this company. I got blinds from Shadeflex they look good. But their service is very WORST. They say 5 years warranty but never show up if you call for any issues with the blinds. I do not recommend this company.
Good quality at a great price. I got the blinds from Frank for my new house and they installed it for free.
Frank and his team installed our showroom’ blinds with remote this week and we are happy about. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. They were very professional and punctual. After he got the measurement he had discussed all color and material options with us along with our needs vs functionality of different blind types. We highly recommend Shadeflex.
