Frank and his wife Debbie are the sweetest people. They are honest and reliable. My son was recently called for the DSNY and I showed Frank a picture of his badge and asked if he could make a replica as a congratulations gift for my son. Frank did an amazing job. My son loves it! What a lovely experience I had here. Frank is a great guy, as well as his associate Lori. They were both so kind and helpful. I felt comfortable from the second I stepped foot in the store. I needed a ring resized, and he was able to do so in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Frank for all of your jewelry or repair needs, he is fantastic!
