I arrived to the barber shop @9am waited until 940 am by then a group of people had formed infront so the lady that opened the shop said nothing and asked nothing only talking to a short Mexican lady that just got there and proceeded to cut her hair and ignoring every other person that had been waiting. I spoke up and said we have all been here waiting way before her and again was ignored the customer answered whith I have a appointment well then at least the barber can explain not just stare like if she’s brain less I waite... read more
I had my 4yr old schedule on a Sunday and when I went for my appointment the door was locked they did not answer my call so we left, when so went back the following Sunday I just walked in and went 3 hours before the close time because I know they get busy! I looked in and they had no one in there except the person getting the hair cut so I walked to my car unbuckled my son and went to open the door and they LOCKED IT on us!? Like who does that?
