I really appreciate how Dr Alena takes the time to hear your co concerns and explain what’s going on and why he is prescribing a particular course of treatment.
I am VERY happy with Dr. Alena. He is the kind of doctor that wants to find out what is wrong with you instead of just throwing drugs at you to treat symptoms. He is very patient, listens to all “complaints”, and explains what we will try to get me healthy. He doesn’t rush through my appointments, and takes time to explain everything in layman’s terms. His office is always clean, and everyone who works there has always been super nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alena.
He refused to treat my husband who had sinusitis. His assistant just arbitrarily cancelled. My husbands appointment. Ver y sad my husband has. Been seeing Dr Alena 3 years. Dr Alena does not have good “bedside manner” this was the last straw. Do not see Dr Alena is my recommendation!

One should not even try to get a same day appointment if one is sick. Just plan on going to the Immediate Care Center. Getting a wellness check requires 10 months of waiting as well.
