I will keep this short. I was forced to add a star in order to submit this post... While Garrett is an excellent masseuse, their business practices are shady at best. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, sign ANY type of contract or agreement with these people. They burned me for nearly 400 bucks. I love this spa. Wonderful massages and facials. The owners are always accommodating and friendly. They're knowledgeable and the Cryo works.
