I have been struggling with depression and panic attacks and have only been ignored by my psychiatrist I went to her with a letter about what I want and my problems and she gave me medication and helped me and listened to me and it genuinely felt like she cared
The staff always gets me in a timely manner. Dr Francu listens and works hard to give me good care. She allows me to be a participant in my health which I appreciate
I do not recommend Dr. Francu. My parents used to be patients of hers until this week. The staff harass my mother because of her accent as English is not her first language. Dr. Francu is also very unprofessional. My father had an appointment and after being checked in to ensure our insurance pays them, they asked him to leave and to find a new doctor because “they don’t need patients like him”. Doctor Angelica Francu is our primary care for many years. She's knowledgable, patient, listen to our concerns and give us referral for great specialists.
Dr Francu is the best! I have been going to he for many years and she is always friendly, listens to you and always sends me my reminders for annual checkups.
Dr Francu is an unprofessional physician. I wouldn't take my dog or my enemies to see her. She is heartless, and is just looking for a money grab. I personally think she's burned out. She doesn't believe in communicating with her patients. When you bring something to her attention that she's never handled before she's unwilling to help and unwilling to research. In fact her answer is you need to find a new doctor. Not a problem! Beware!
