The initial experience was amazing. It has been downhill since then. I made an appt for the template and no one showed up. When I called I was told I was not on the schedule. There was a lack of appointment times and when it was rescheduled the tech was over an hour late and since I was not able to get to the door when they finally showed up or answer the phone they left and would not return despite the fact I missed them by less then 5 minutes. Francostone did a fantastic job removing our builder grade granite countertops and installing an oversized marble waterfall island!
We were extremely pleased with Francostone! Every employee we encountered along the way was so kind and pleasant to work with and of course very professional. Brenda did a excellent job of communicating the schedule for the measure and the installation. Cesar's measurements were spot on. They come highly recommended from Stone Collection and I'd definitely hire this fabricator again!
Their fabricators are great as well as their technical staff. Their installers, however are not meticulous. My caulking has speckles in it. Not good! Also, the job was much higher in price as compared with competitors. I am glad that I went with another fabricator besides Francostone for my second room.
