My wife and I, new to Dayton, ate at Franco's for our anniversary. The atmosphere was very lacking. The dining area is within earshot of the bar (noisy) and directly in front of the kitchen. While some might enjoy seeing their food prepared, having to listen to the wait staff while they stand around was less than ideal. Music was provided by a local radio station.
