Best Pizza & Chicken Parm-Great Counter Servers-Great Pub/Bartenders-Awesome Karaoke & Live Bands!!!!!!! – Oh where to start! I have been going to Franco's for the past twenty years. Have tried others, but always end back at Franco's. This family owned restaurant and pub have the greatest employees - friendly, quick, helpful, fun. Good New York Style Pizza in Boston – The staff has always been friendly to us. We get pickup so I can't really comment on eating there. My wife is a transplanted NYer and she missed NY style pizza. Its not exactly NY pizza but closest we have found near Boston, with the possible exception of Pizza Regina.
RUDE RUDE SERVICE – I called to place an order for takeout and the women/owner was SO rude. She sounded rushed and harried and it was only 11:30am. Wow! I can't believe people can run a business like this. The old owners were nice, friendly etc. Looks like I won't be trying their food now...that's okay...there are PLENTY of other great pizza place in Waltham. Too bad for Franco's...
