Franco and his team completed our mini split installation quickly and professionally. Attention to detail was evident in craftsmanship in regards to unit location, electrical layout, and cleaning during job. I can suggest the crew I had and Franco is pleasant to work with!
Franco installed an a/c unit with ceiling fan. A short time later the fan thermostat stopped working and the fan ran non-stop. I contacted them numerous times about it and my texts and emails were ignored. They agreed at one point to an maintenance appointment to come out and then no-showed. I had to hire an electrician to come out and inspect and fix it mysefl even though it should have been covered under the warranty.
