PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There needs to be a zero star, or maybe even a negative star just for companies like this one. Unfortunately I made the mistake of hiring this guy to build a wood privacy fence and a front iron gate with automatic gate opener. He built the wood fence first. It came out ok, but he carelessly killed my grass all along the fence with his auger. I wish I would have taken that as a sign. I then hired him to do the iron gate/automatic gate opener. We purchased and had installed a beautiful iron fence with no problem (except for messy concrete work and them killing my flower garden) by these folks and everything went okay-ish up until our motor went out. We reached out to have them check it out under the “three year” warranty. At first we got a very vague/short reply, and I kept insisting, then we were set up with an appointment for them to come out and they never showed and now the guys are not answering my messages. I’ve been waiting 6 days on a 10 minute weld repair. Originally I was supposed to pick it up Friday (5 days later). It got pushed to Saturday. I call before leaving, they say come. I get there, gate locked no one there. Still don’t have my repair. They single-handedly set my boat repair back 2 weeks over a repair that only takes 10 minutes. They should have just been honest and not taken the work. Leaving your customers hanging is a terrible business model. If you want a hassle, lies and a run around, this is your place.
