Very poor.! I have brought my daughter to this office since a newborn but never had an issue until now. First- I asked for a physical form because she was entering pre-kinder. Monica sent her to get a bunch of blood work when she just needed a physical. Her excuse was: oh I didn't read the chart properly. For me, you are the doctor, that's your job to make sure you send the right information Second- I ask for a copy of my medical records Call after Call, email, and text 2 months later…. Front of website says accepting new patients immediately gets hung up on and a rude no for asking when I called. Why is it so hard to find good medical care for children in this area????
