Easily the most outdated, "landlord special" motel i've ever been to, never been deep cleaned it seems, the bathroom looks like its from the 1970's and the tub is so yellow and unclean. I can say that there were no bedbugs, there was a microwave, and a fridge, and a TV. I think for the money you could definitely find something better considering half of the businesses in the area are lodging.
The 2 bdrm Cabin was great for my brother in law and I during Bike week in June. Clean, right on the river, quiet nights for sleeping, starts our day riding up in the mountain areas, exactly what we're used to ! Owners are very nice, we'll be back every year, the Fall possibly too !!
Honestly, pleasantly surprised. I stayed in 4 and the A/C was cold, all of the sheets were clean, Wi-Fi was solid, and the owner was a really nice, accommodating guy. Only gripes were the TV didn’t have any volume and the place smelled a bit strongly like Fabuloso.

Great value. Clean quite comfortable rooms. 2nd year here and will definitely come back. Very underrated.
