Got billed for being uninsured for a physical months after my operation when I confirmed my insurance at the time of booking. Very sleazy behavior.
About to go find a new doctor due to accessibility. They are impossible to get ahold of. I work a 9-5 and my lunch is the same time that they’re out, but even when I call during business hours I can’t get anyone. I just called 3 times and at the end of the third time they set it to lunch early and I just got the message. I just want to pay my bill ppl.

I been going to see Dr. Nancy Johnson ever since I moved in the area 6 years ago. I like seeing her she is kind to talk to, makes me feel comfortable, and explains things good. I like how they have Quest here so you can get your blood work right in the office. My parents who live in PA have to go to another office to get blood work done. I would have given this review 5 stars but the billing department at this office seems disorganized and not efficient. I think Franconia Internist is an excellent run Doctors office, everyone is very present and professional, they are very thorough and I would recommend them to anyone.
