Excellent personal medical team who cares for their patients. Gerald, office manager is very helpful and efficient. Nancy, PA or NP, does an excellent job helping patients when the fabulous Dr George Silis isn't available.(he is the best caring doctor). Young assistant Michael, on his way to med school will become an excellent doctor. Total team is professional and caring.
If you're a middle-aged man, I would avoid scheduling a visit with Nancy the NP. She was either unwilling or unable to treat or test for a common medical condition which has clear guidelines for diagnosis (that are used by general practitioners across the country). Instead, she referred me out to someone else for yet another office visit. There are so many online providers and GP MD provider options these days who are ready to help and treat, as opposed to gatekeeping, that it's not a good use of time to visit her for an app... read more
Got billed for being uninsured for a physical months after my operation when I confirmed my insurance at the time of booking. Very sleazy behavior.
About to go find a new doctor due to accessibility. They are impossible to get ahold of. I work a 9-5 and my lunch is the same time that they’re out, but even when I call during business hours I can’t get anyone. I just called 3 times and at the end of the third time they set it to lunch early and I just got the message. I just want to pay my bill ppl.
