This business is top notch. I've always received voice-mails and or text messages if I couldn't be reached. Always on time, the best prices (lower with cash) and absolutely amazing customer service. I'm not sure what this one star review below me is speaking about because I've never had this issue. Have used this company for over 10 years and it's always been amazing.

I called for a water delivery the second week of May and I was told the earliest they could deliver it was June 1st at 8am. Long story short 8am came and went on June 1st with no water. I called around 9:30 multiple times with no answer and left multiple messages. I received a call 2 hours later stating they “tried to reach me several times to deliver the water a few days earlier but couldn’t get ahold of anyone”. Second year using this company ! This time for pool water. I was scheduled for today but I got a call and received my water a day early !!! I am very big on customer service and this company has done it again !!! There is also a discount for paying cash !!!

I have been without water for over a month due to a well issue. I used another water hauling company and was charged for 3000 gallons and barely got 1500. And most was just for flushing my pipes. The driver was in a hurry. After that past experience, i contacted DES in Concord and got a list of approved companies. I was so glad I called this company. Don't know where they get their water from, but it has a very high iron and other mineral content. If you shock the water, the water will turn GREEN. And then you will have to get a chemical to treat the minerals in the water which also requires that the pool not be used while the water is being treated. The minerals could also damage your pool filter. It's quite a mess. If I could prove Francoeur Bros. is at fault, I would sue them. I have never had any such problems with other swimming pool water providers.
