I called in regards to my boss. He has a case with this office. Unfortunately he was removed and his wife has been in contact with the lawyer. His wife has some mental issues so i was asked to call the lawyer to report what is going on and whoever answers the phone is rude first off. I dont need info about the case i need to update the lawyer on contact info for his client. She doesnt even give a chance to talk or explain anything. What is wrong with this office.
Your receptionist is awful and rude, they did not take the time to listen to my mom and look into her case.
