If I could I world give a negative 100!!! It's been well over a year since they redid my pool. Still not returned with the parts needed. So there's no filter cover. Worst service ever!!! They don't reply to calls or emails. Avoid at all cost!!!
UPDATE ... THEY ARE JUST AWFUL!!! STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MISSING PARTS OR RESPONDED TO CALLS OR EMAILS. They are non responsive. They don't show up when they're supposed to. It's been two months now since my pool was redone. We are still missing parts. The pool and spa lights still don't work. I'm told someone will be here within 2 weeks and not yet happened. Now I'm told someone will be here today by 3 but can't confirm that so waiting all day for a maybe???
Well I left my phone # with secretary about a week and a half ago and still waiting so I have to hire somebody else to demo my pool for me I guess it just too busy like everybody else
