Oriental Rug Expert, Friendly Customer Service – I called about getting my area rugs cleaned last week and spoke with Franco. I was immediately impressed as Franco explained the process he uses in cleaning oriental and area rugs. Also, I was pleasantly "shocked" at the amount of time Franco was willing to take to provide such information (not knowing if I would become his customer or not). I plan to go to Franco's and give them my business.
my chinese rug was just cleaned by Franco. they did a beautiful job. my rug looks like new. I highly recommend them.
