Well, I’m going to start with the good. - nice big amount of space that fit 200 people - they do have the option of table and chair rentals with them though I found the price to be steep - since I booked the venue for a funeral service, the cost was very reasonable for the space which I appreciated and understand they do that because of the circumstances - we were able to set up the day prior which was extremely helpful - lots of parking in the back - it’s nice that they have a sound system to connect with via Bluetooth Now ... read more
If I’d knew how all this would have came out I would have never booked the venue. Dude changes everything , for some reason at least 2 or 3 times I went to go give payment he’d always try and say I owed more . Crazy , also makes dumb comments like “you lucky you ain’t paying as much as you would in other places” We actually paid around $2500-$2700, we wanted an indoor venue with ac because we knew it was going to be hot. The rating of "1" star given by Jonathan Duran is unwarranted. If those are the only 2 things that went wrong, I'd still give it a "5" star rating. Many, many things can go wrong during an event, but Franco's stepped up and made my niece's Qince on May 10th absolutely amazing! Even the caterer was taking pictures of the decorations. Their staff was professional, friendly, and so accommodating. So much so that they brought back some additional flower colors to add to the centerpieces give them an extra pop! Reason why I gave this place a one star was simple lack of communication between me and the owner. I texted and called and no answer. Waited for half an hour luckily one of his employees were there so I can turn in the key. Overall terrible customer service. The bathroom had no toilet paper had to go and buy my own overall bad experience. I understand people can be busy but communication goes a long way.
