***BEWARE***DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR !!!! I recently hired this contractor to build a deck on the ground around my above ground pool, along with a small platform to get in and out of the pool from. The initial estimate was $2400. I added some decking and he said it would be approximately $3000. The decking and platform was completed and he said he would be finishng the following day and was excpecting payment of over $5000.
