Dodgy quality, terrible project mismanagement, awful communication. I wouldn’t trust Adelmo, Aman and Mario to build a tree fort given how badly they combined to build townhouses with gas leaks, water leaks, paint damaged cabinetry, and hundreds of defects. Cannot say enough about how truly awful this business is. Run away fast- they lack all ethics.
I could write an essay about the lack of integrity shown by Adelmo Franco, Aman Mudhoo and Mario Flores through my 4 year townhouse project (contract was 12 months). Suffice to say that these guys are totally incompetent and untrustworthy. Adelmo is the registered builder – he didn’t respond to my calls, texts or emails for over a year. Aman means well but he lies so much he doesn’t know true from false, and his mismanagement results in trades returning to site 10+ times and walking of the job entirely in frustration.
