I would give him zero star if possible. He is NOT a professional to meet on time even if you make an appointment. He cancelled the appointment just 15 min before the meeting. He wanna hear again and again about meeting confirmation from a customer. Very non professional. I didn’t say anything rude. It’s your issue of living 30 min away from office. You should be in office if there is an appointment. Don’t know why you need confirmation many times.
